Our treatment facility is conveniently located in the heart of San Jose, easily accessible from major highways throughout the Bay Area.
From I-880 (Nimitz Freeway)
Take I-880 South toward San Jose. Exit onto CA-17 South / I-280 South. Merge onto I-280 South and take the Saratoga Avenue exit. Turn right onto Saratoga Avenue, then left onto Union Avenue. Our facility is located at 14402 Union Ave on the right side.

Take US-101 South toward San Jose. Exit onto CA-85 South. Take the Union Avenue exit and turn right. Continue south on Union Avenue. Our treatment center will be on the left at 14402 Union Ave, near the Camden Avenue intersection.

Take I-280 South toward San Jose. Exit at Saratoga Avenue. Turn left onto Saratoga Avenue heading east. Turn right onto Union Avenue and continue south. Our facility is at 14402 Union Ave, easily visible from the road.

From Norman Y. Mineta San Jose International Airport (SJC), take US-87 South. Merge onto CA-85 South and take the Union Avenue exit. Turn right onto Union Avenue. Our center is approximately 20 minutes south of the airport at 14402 Union Ave.

Visitor parking is available 24/7. During peak visitation hours, additional overflow parking is available on Union Avenue.
